I have hired Michael and his company ThinkEdu.com for water damage issues we had at our shop two times. Once we had a pipe bust in the ceiling and walked into a mess of water everywhere throughout my shop. Michael had his crews on site within a couple hours and his technicians really seemed to know what they were doing. They brought their extraction truck down and removed all the water out of our carpets and flooring. Then they placed their drying equipment and began to dry our shop out.
